Two years ago today the only Bolly-blogger I knew of even slightly was veracious, and that only because she posts at BollyWHAT? sometimes. Today, I know so many more, as my sidebar attests.
Two years ago today I had never seen Sholay, never seen a Raj Kapoor movie, and never tried to review a movie. Today, I've seen Sholay, seen every Raj Kapoor movie I could get my hands on (sadly, not enough), and reviewed sixty-six films. Sixty-seven if you count the Tashan post.
Two years ago today, I wasn't really aware of all the Indian film industries outside the Hindi belt. Today, I've reviewed a few Telugu movies and one Tamil, and want to branch out even more.
Two years ago today this blog had one post. With this one, it has 105.
Two years ago, I was convinced that Jab We Met was the best Hindi movie I'd ever seen.
Today...
Um...

Jab We Met is still my favorite Hindi movie. So sue me.
Thank you, dear readers, for reading my rants and raves and putting up with my nonsense and educating me when I ask. Our little corner of fandom is the best. And it goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway: Our film industry of choice is the best, too.
Congrats! I've also scored 2 years recently, in March :)
ReplyDeleteAnd it goes without saying, but I'll say it anyway: Our film industry of choice is the best, too. - well-said!
